Admin Area
When you connect with an Administrator account, you will see a new red button in your top bar named Admin Area
Dashboard
This page is an overview of your Reemo Instance, much like an Organization Dashboard
Users
This page is a list of all users and administrators registered on your Reemo Instance
Organizations
This page is a list of all the Organizations managed on your Reemo Instance. You can create new Organizations here or enable/disable existing ones.
Computers
This page is a list of all the Computers and Remote Browsers registered on your Reemo Instance. You can quickly have an overview of the computers, their IP, signal servers and Managing Organizations
Global Settings
Customize your Reemo Interface to your needs by editing the settings in this section
User creation restrictions
Allow organization admin to edit managed users password: Allow Org. administrators to freely edit users password.
Minimum password length: Minimal length for all passwords on the Reemo Instance
Whitelisted domains: ONLY users with email addresses that match these domain(s) will be able to be registered. Use “,” for multiple entries. Ex: domain.com, *.domain.com
Blacklisted domains: Blacklisted domains for users email addresses
Sign-in restrictions
Send unknown devices emails on sign-in: When enabled, users will receive an email everytime they sign-in from a new device.
Allow multiple HTTP sessions: When enabled, users will be able to sign in on multiple devices.
Remote Sessions restrictions
Admin can connect to ANY computer: When enabled, Administrators of the Reemo Instance can connect to ANY registered computer in the database.
Browser Isolation restrictions
Browsers Max Expiration (in minutes): Maximum time allowed to be configured in browsing profile. A remote browser expire after the configured time following a remote session disconnection from its user. Once the browser expires, the container is destroyed.
Email notifications
Send unknown devices emails on sign-in: When enabled, users will receive an email everytime they sign-in from a new device.
Send emails when joining an organization: When enabled, users will receive an email everytime they join an organization.
Send emails on organizations managed users creation : When enabled, managed users will receive an email when their account is created in the organization.
SSO (LDAP/SAML)
LDAP Sign in per Organization: Enable LDAP for Organizations. LDAP can be configured under Organization > Connectors
SAML Sign in per Organization: Enable SAML for Organizations. SAML can be configured under Organization > Connectors
Customization
Instance Title: Modify the instance title on the login page
Color Theme: Change the color of menus, links and buttons
Custom SVG Logo (Instance): Change the logo on the login page and inside the Reemo interface
Emails Custom Logo: Change the logo in the emails sent to the instance users
Support link: Modify the support link, leave empty to remove the menu
Download link: Modify the download link, leave empty to remove the menu
