560 Failed to fetch Desktop Info

Contact our support by sending an email to support@reemo.io

402 Your team is marked as inactive

Contact your Organization manager

561 Invalid authorization

Contact our support by sending an email to support@reemo.io

562 Another user is already connected

Wait for the other user to disconnect, or if this was your previous session, wait for the computer to go back to an ONLINE state. If the issue persists, please contact us by sending us an email to support@reemo.io

570 Signal server is at maximum capacity

Contact our support by sending an email to support@reemo.io

571 Signal server responded: Unknown Desktop

The computer is not connected to the signal server anymore, refresh your page and try again

572 Signal server responded: Duplicate

Contact our support by sending an email to support@reemo.io

573 Desktop responded: Invalid WebRTC description

Your browser delivered an invalid WebRTC description. Contact our support to help you find out why by sending us an email to support@reemo.io

574 Desktop responded: Invalid WebRTC candidate

Your browser delivered an invalid WebRTC candidate. Contact our support to help you find out why by sending us an email to support@reemo.io

578 WebRTC connection aborted, please check your connectivity

The connection was aborted due to a lot of network errors, your connection or the remote computer connection might be on an unstable network or the selected bandwidth is too high. Try again with a lower bandwidth setting.

579 Desktop is offline

The computer you tried to connect is OFFLINE. Ensure that the remote computer is turned on and the Reemo Service is running

578 WebRTC connection aborted, please check your connectivity

The connection was aborted due to a lot of network errors, your connection or the remote computer connection might be on an unstable network or the selected bandwidth is too high. Try again with a lower bandwidth setting.

Your browser rejected the remote description. Contact our support to help you find out why by sending us an email to support@reemo.io

600 Connection to signal server lost

You were disconnected from the signal server before. This might be due to a network error, refresh your page and try again

1000 Monitor Detection Failed

The remote computer does not have a connected monitor, ensure that the monitor is also turned on

2000 Desktop Duplication Initialization Failed

Reemo failed to capture the remote screen, ensure that the monitor is turned on
